** Description of Work
** We are currently recruiting for Food Service Assistants at Central Regional Hospital. These positions will be cross trained throughout Nutrition Services as appropriate. The primary purpose of these positions is to prepare and serve  food from all stations throughout the Nutrition Services Department. Assigned duties may include but are not limited to, preparing meals and snacks, checking patient trays and snacks for proper food items, correct portion size, consistency, preference, and delivering to different units, wards or dining room.
