- Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
- Assist the management team in building store business and support all service enhancers, including active use of Concierge.
- Serve multiple customers simultaneously, multi‑task and manage projects.
- Stay aware of fashion trends and new arrivals, with product knowledge of fit, color and style.
- Create outfits for customers and suggest items that match their needs.
- Maximize individual performance through learning opportunities, coaching, feedback and goal setting.
- Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas such as clienteling, outreach, appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards.
- Complete assigned operational projects such as filling orders, replenishment, recovery and others.
