Location: Casar
Dollar General | Flexible Scheduling + Insurance & 401(k) Eligibility + PTO + Tuition Assistance | Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies; ensure store is properly staffed.;
Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps through coaching or termination as needed.;
Oversee opening and closing the store, at least two times per week each.;
Evaluate operating statements to identify sales, profitability, and inventory trends; manage shrink and errors.;
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure cash control and security procedures are followed..
