Job Responsibilities:
Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
Issue parts and accessories to mechanics from the parts counter
Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts
Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter
Maintain customer back order file Maintain master parts and price book Receive original and duplicate copies of repair orders and place in order file Please complete this once you have applied for the position:
Qualifications:
Good customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated, good work ethic and a team player
Reynolds & Reynolds experience
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
