Job Overview

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. Requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.

The hourly wage ranges from $19 to $32 per hour and is at least the minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
