We’re searching for Assistant Managers who are dependable, driven, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Open availability is a must, and you should expect to work weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts.

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store — including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation: valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
• Physical readiness for tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
• Minimum age: 18+ years (in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO); 21+ years old in all other states.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test and background check.
• Willing to learn, with Topshelf Manager Training required in Tennessee.
• Certification: must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
