Meat​/Produce Team Associate

Shift may start between 8:00pm - 11:00pm

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and are in proper order throughout the day. • In the deli: provide customer service and ensure a positive experience.
• In the bakery: help customers with special orders and maintain cake decorations.
• In the dry grocery department: assist customers in finding items.
• Across all fresh food and grocery areas: perform detailed shelf cleaning, maintain temperature control, verify dates, and dispose of lower quality food products.

• Help customers find products.
• Ensure high quality products in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat and other departments.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce.
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
