Personal Shopper; In-Store

Online Order Filling associates are responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to fulfill online orders. They ensure order accuracy, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

As an online order filler or delivery associate, you will shop for customers across all departments, assemble and dispense online orders, and engage with customers throughout the dispensing process. The position is fast‑paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and may require balancing online customer needs with in‑store customer assistance.

• Answer customer questions

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
