General Merchandise Team Associate

Job Summary

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour. Additional premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
