Shift Manager – Domino’s Pizza

As a Shift Manager, you are the driving force behind a successful shift. You’ll oversee operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and lead by example every day. From cost control and inventory management to maintaining a perfect store image, you are responsible for creating a smooth, profitable, and positive work environment.

• Manage all aspects of your shift, including staffing, cash control, food quality, and store cleanliness.
• Set the standard for your team by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, handle paperwork, and ensure schedules are followed.
• Drive profitability through cost control and smart decision-making.
• Represent Domino’s with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality.

• A reliable leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact with customers and team members in person and over the phone.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking (calculator allowed).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation to and from work.

• Operate store equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare food products with accuracy and speed.
• Stock and organize inventory from delivery to storage.
• Enter orders quickly and accurately using a computer or touchscreen system.
• Keep the store and equipment clean and maintained daily.
