Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Stocking, Cashier

Overview
We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities- Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register.
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
- Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
- Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
- Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
