Napa Auto Parts - - Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers over the telephone, in the store, or in the dealer's shop;
Look up the parts application in catalogs or POS system;
Process orders for customers with accuracy and efficiency;
Assist and advise customers on how best to meet their needs, including dealing with highly technical questions;
Maintain POS computer abilities and learn to use catalog and system; ensure asset security and correct pricing methods
