Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for our customers and choose the right products. This position is fast‑paced and involves spending time in all departments to fill online orders. They also dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons, sometimes requiring juggling of online and in‑store customers.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid for specific circumstances, scheduling, or work performed.
