• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Operate cash register and perform cashier duties.
• Make product purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the store food program when required.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside.
• Ensure regular, predictable on‑site attendance.
• Collaborate with a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Support a variety of tasks across different store areas.

• Experience selling products to customers.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while staying friendly.
• Team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Creative problem‑solving and quick thinking.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn.

• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level occasionally.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination required.
• Climbing a ladder to retrieve or place materials or signs may be required.
