Stores are open M-Sat from 9am-8pm and open at 11am on Sundays.

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands‑on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork, showing integrity, following company guidelines, holding associates and themselves accountable for meeting company goals, treating all staff with respect and fairness, and enjoying a varied and fast‑paced environment.

• Ensure production goals are met by staff.
• Create a positive store environment for staff and customers.
• Manage payroll/timekeeping.
• Assist in ensuring production and sales goals are met.
• Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure facility for night.
• Operate cash register and provide customer service.
• Receive, price, and stock donations; lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Hang, inspect, and tag textile & clothing in a production style setting.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of retail experience plus supervisory role experience.
• Preferred experience as a key holder.
