Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;

Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and returns are processed;
Manage adherence to posted work schedule and clock-in/clock-out per policy
