O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store transfers and notify customers of shipments;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks;
Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/clock-out;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures;
Secure money/deposits and manage bank deposits as needed
