O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure adherence to customer service programs;
Manage phone communications per company policy and coordinate order processing (buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, etc.);
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and ensure proper invoicing of merchandise;
Ensure daily store opening/closing duties are completed and secure finances and building; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to the team
