O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store and process returns accurately;
Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers are processed timely and customers contacted when shipments arrive;
Ensure security procedures are followed including locking/arming and securing the store
