O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with selection of merchandise to meet customer needs;
Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and installer customers;
Process transactions accurately and securely (cash, credit cards, checks) and handle exchanges/returns;
Assist with in-store merchandising, stock updates, planogram compliance, and daily store tasks;
Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, read trouble codes) and help drive store operations including occasional deliveries when needed
