You'll hire, coach, and develop associates, manage scheduling, merchandising, and inventory, and leverage data and digital tools to optimize performance. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Bakersville store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule store associates to meet performance and service standards
• Analyze sales, inventory, and operational metrics to drive revenue growth and optimize store performance
• Implement company policies, compliance standards, and loss-prevention procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to pilot and adopt innovative, tech-enabled retail solutions
• Oversee merchandising, inventory accuracy, and store presentation aligned with brand standards
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and expense controls to achieve profitability targets
