Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies
• Lead, coach, and schedule store associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Analyze sales data, set targets, and drive initiatives to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and reduce shrink
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-merchandised store environment
• Handle cash management, deposits, and basic financial reporting
• Resolve customer issues promptly while promoting a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leverage technology tools to improve performance
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members on systems and procedures
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements aligned with company strategy
