Travel Merchandiser, Retail

As a Travel Merchandiser with SAS Retail Services in Retail Operations, you will travel between assigned stores to execute planograms, resets, new store sets, and continuity merchandising for major retailers and CPG brands. You'll stock and rotate product, set fixtures and signage, complete audits, and document work using mobile tools. Working in a people-first, team-oriented culture, you'll collaborate with store staff, follow safety and quality standards, and manage your schedule to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail locations to complete scheduled merchandising projects
• Implement planograms, resets, and new store sets according to client standards
• Stock, front, and rotate product to ensure on-shelf availability and compliance
• Set fixtures, displays, and signage to support promotions and category plans
• Conduct basic audits, take photos, and submit accurate reports via mobile tools
• Follow all company and retailer safety, cleanliness, and compliance guidelines
• Communicate with store management and SAS leads to resolve issues on-site
• Manage time, routes, and priorities to complete work within project deadlines
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service with store teams and shoppers
• Support special projects and assist leads, preparing for future leadership roles
