The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations in the Retail industry. In this field-based role, you will execute planograms, build eye-catching displays, ensure on-shelf availability, and implement promotional programs for our retail partners. You'll collect basic store data, stock and rotate product, verify pricing, and communicate key insights to store and Retail Odyssey teams. Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain planograms and schematics
- Build and refresh in-store displays and signage
- Stock, rotate, and front product to ensure on-shelf availability
- Verify pricing and promotional compliance
- Conduct basic retail audits and collect store-level data
- Communicate with store personnel and Retail Odyssey supervisors
- Follow company and retailer safety and compliance standards
- Report visit outcomes via mobile tools within required timelines
