Under general supervision of the Store Manager, manages the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, and dairy, frozen food, bread, and thaw and sell bakery products.;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service.;
Maintain perishable stock levels and ensure compliance with food handling rules and procedures.;
Train associates in proper stocking, rotation, and quality standards for perishable items.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences..
