Golf Shop Merchandiser​/Shop Manager

Essential Responsibilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Collaborate with buyers and vendors to curate a selection of merchandise that aligns with member preferences and trends
• Create attractive and engaging displays to strategically showcase products to enhance sales and drive growth
• Assist customers with finding the right products, providing recommendations, and offering support during sales transactions

• Comfortable working with POS systems and basic computer programs (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, etc.)
• Passion for golf and knowledge of golf apparel and equipment highly desirable
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system
• Assist with special orders, product inquiries, and member charge accounts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
• Receive, tag, and display merchandise in alignment with club merchandising standards
• Maintain proper inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• Assist with seasonal transitions, floor resets, promotions, and markdowns
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with periodic stock counts
• Work closely with the Head Golf Professional and Golf Operations team to achieve sales goals
• Answering the phone and booking lessons and rounds of golf

Ability to create flyers using Canva a BIG PLUS! We do lots of promtions and special events that need creative people and creative communication.
