We are seeking dedicated, customer‑focused individuals to join our convenience store team. As a Sales Associate, you will provide friendly service, operate the cash register, shop stock, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

As a member of our staff, you will deliver excellent customer service, handle transactions, restock merchandise, keep track of inventory, and ensure a safe and welcoming store for all patrons.

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized shelves, displays, and overall store environment.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, ensuring proper rotation.
• Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs.
• Handle cash, coupons, and discounts following company procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions.
• Track expiration dates and remove defective items.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures for perishable items.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalated as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, including safety and security protocols.
• Assist with cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
