Role Summary
Merchandises products, which includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and movement of products from storage to the sales floor.
Responsibilities- Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by a supervisor.
- Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.
- Communicates issues to supervisor and co‑workers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
- Retail industry work experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly‑changing environment.
- Customer service, oral and written communication, and math skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good driving habits and valid driver’s license.
- Must meet PBV driving qualifications.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
- Constantly (67%–100%) required to stand, lift up to 85 pounds, load, and push/pull 300–2400 pounds with a pallet jack; bend, reach, and squat while merchandising and moving products.
- Frequently (34%–66%) required to walk.
- Occasionally (0%–33%) required to sit.
- Vehicle, hand truck, store floats, pallet jacks, label gun, telephone, calculator, Point of Purchase materials, computer reports, cardboard bailers, various types of vending equipment, and general office equipment.
Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.
