- Support the SCO experience from start to finish across lanes; moving throughout the area being attentive and inviting.
- Navigating customer flow and traffic in service of fast and easy checkout, being aware of a customer's trip type.
- Engaging with customers, teaching technology and encouraging usage to personalize the checkout experience.
- Observing and identifying issues and opportunities, assisting in the moment.
- Using tools to assist (Mobile Attendants, Everseen, etc.)
- Engage customer with a smile and greet them.
- Invite customers to use SCO
- Observe and assist when needed, identifying potential issues before they arise.
- Educate and assist SCO customers with hand scanners and scanning BOB items.
- Utilize the Mobile Attendant to assist customers as needed.
- Respond to Everseen needs.
- Thank customer for shopping with us with a smile.
