Sales Executive​/Freight Broker

Job Title: Freight Broker/Sales Executive

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 + Commission

Our client is seeking a results-driven 3PL Sales Executive to drive new business development, expand client relationships, and grow revenue within our logistics and transportation solutions division. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional with a strong background in freight brokerage, supply chain solutions, and contract logistics.

• Prospect, develop, and close new shipper accounts across target industries
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
• Conduct client needs assessments and propose customized logistics solutions
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain CRM accuracy and sales activity reporting

• 5+ years of experience in 3PL, freight brokerage, or logistics sales
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong understanding of transportation modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, drayage, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mindset with strong business development instincts
