Sales Account Executive
As a Sales Account Executive, you are responsible for sustainably expanding the structure of the Authorized Docu Ware Partner (ADP) network and supporting the sale of Docu Ware software in the Region Nord-West (Bielefeld, Hannover, Braunschweig, Oldenburg, Osnabrück, Göttingen, Kassel). In this role, you will implement the Solution Selling Approach and promote these strategies within the partner network. Your responsibilities include:
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas set in target meetings and by management.
- Developing business opportunities through the partner channel, including the development and implementation of marketing plans and collaboration with other departments to identify new business opportunities.
- Being responsible for the acquisition of new partners.
- Working closely with our partners on lead qualification, needs analysis, and pre-sales and post-sales consulting.
- Being responsible for conducting sales workshops, training sessions, end-user webinars, and customer presentations to train partners and close deals.
- Handling monthly activities (such as CRM updates or report uploads) and communicating the results to management.
- Demonstrating your sales skills through direct sales.
You bring with you:
- Several years of professional experience in the sales of document management, business, accounting, or ERP software. Docu Ware certificates are a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in dealing with customers, sales colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Good computer skills and the ability to competently demonstrate software functions and their benefits.
- The ability to analyze business processes and find tailored solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in German. Very good verbal and written skills in English complete your profile.
- A high willingness to travel. You also enjoy leading and motivating people.
