Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires building proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits, completing required training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience.
CompensationHourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Mobile Associates are eligible for hourly training pay during the first 90 days and, upon completion, may be promoted to Mobile Expert with an annualized incentive target of up to $18,000 per year. Full‑time employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
Job Responsibilities- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
- Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by business management.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred)
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with customers and having fun in the role (Required)
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required)
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
