Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) (Seasonal).

601 – Aberdeen,NC28315. Dates: 7/27/26 - 11/01/26.

Base pay: $17/hr bonus: up to $4/hr performance bonus. Total earning potential: up to $21/hr.

16-20 hours per week. Friday to Sunday availability required.

• Engage Customers and Demonstrate: Showcase the latest Starlink services and help customers see how they can enhance their internet needs.
• Build Trust and Drive Sales: Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Starlink service by being the subject‑matter expert.
• Be a Brand Ally: Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies professionally and positively, fostering relationships with customers and store staff.
• Hit Your Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
• Be a Team Player: Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a productive work environment.
• Tech Savvy and Organized: Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically. Submit daily reports easily using a mobile device.

  Primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
• Foster Positive Partner & Store Relationships: Adapt to local retail store environments and adhere to operational policies while representing 2020 Companies and Starlink.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred).
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers through the sales process (required).
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills (required).
• Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations (required).
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment (required).
• Availability to work weekends (required).
• Owns a smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android software (required).
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time (required).
