The Bluebeam Inside Sales Manager, Americas must possess a strong background in leading sales teams within data‑driven SaaS technology, with five or more years of experience selling software or SaaS applications in a SMB & Enterprise environment, and at least three years of team lead or management experience.
Responsibilities- Maintain and grow business in the designated region.
- Ensure 100% of annual quota is attained or exceeded.
- Professionally develop team members.
- Effectively negotiate value‑based agreements with all customers.
- Partner with Bluebeam internal business partners (Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Technical Support, Legal/Security).
- Optimize the use of and other tools to manage the sales process and provide accurate and timely forecasts.
- Build relationships with VP, C‑level, and technical decision makers to identify new opportunities.
- Engage in active communication with other departments to ensure all relevant information is communicated and escalated appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Product team to cultivate an active feedback loop conveying customer insights.
- Provide feedback to senior leadership on market trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Work with Marketing, Enterprise and Channel Sales teams, and other key internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
- Experience managing teams across multiple offices.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to deliver results in a global and matrixed organization.
- Proven team leadership abilities, including conflict resolution, mentoring, coaching, recognition, and performance management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Firm understanding of internal software applications for territory management (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, Slack, etc.).
- Ability to present to all levels of a business, including the C‑Suite.
- Achieve quarterly goals as determined by Leadership in conjunction with Onboarding Management.
- Ensure compliance of your team with outlined processes.
- 5+ years minimum of related experience selling a software or SaaS application.
- 3+ years of team lead and/or management experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (primarily domestic), including customer visits to professional office buildings, construction site offices, or active construction sites, and attendance at trade shows and industry events.

Base pay is dependent upon qualifications and operational considerations and typically ranges from $105,000 to $114,500 USD, plus eligible commissions. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the applicable commission plan; most non‑sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the applicable bonus plan.
