Institute Cosmetique is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will respond to inquiries across phone, email, Whats App and social channels, guide customers on our skincare and aesthetic services, and convert interest into appointments and sales.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in support or sales, excellent written and spoken English, familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
