As Team Captain Endzone & Loyalty at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you lead a high-energy front-of-store team focused on game-day excitement and loyalty growth. You coach associates to deliver standout service, actively promote and enroll customers in Score Card and related loyalty offerings, and help drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
