Service Advisor – High-Impact Sales Role

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can own the customer experience from start to finish while helping drive sales and workflow in a busy independent shop environment. This is not a “sit behind the desk and answer phones” role —
we want someone confident, organized, and motivated to help customers say yes to the work their vehicles need.

Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Writing repair estimates
• Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
• Scheduling appointments
• Selling maintenance and repair recommendations
• Managing workflow and repair timelines
• Handling warranty claims
• Ordering parts
• Managing customer concerns and objections professionally
• Helping guide large repair decisions with confidence

• At least 2years of Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling upset customers and difficult conversations
• Basic technical and diagnostic understanding
• Experience with Tekmetric is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
