First Cash is seeking entry‑level, full‑time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales, loans, and other transactions while offering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
The role includes an hourly wage plus commission, with up to 8% commission on transactions and access to Earned Wage Access after two days of employment. Comprehensive benefits and a 401k program are available.
