Provalusis seeking an Outbound Sales Representative (1.5+ Years of Experience) to make high-volume outbound calls, cross-sellproductsand services, andassistcustomers efficiently and accurately, supporting a payment services client's outbound sales program. You will engage customers by phone and email,identifytheir needs, present pricing and product solutions, andmaintainaccuraterecords of every interaction in the client's CRM system.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume calling role: you will work under regular guidance from a Team Lead and senior teammates as you build the product knowledge, objection-handling skills, and system fluency needed to succeed in outbound sales.

Responsibilities include:
Conduct
100+ outbound calls daily, plus follow-up email outreach as required, to engage customers and prospects on behalf of the client.
Identifyclient needs and recommend appropriate product solutions based on the customer's account and business.
Presentpricing and product features clearly and effectively to customers.
Overcomecustomer objections by presenting alternate product offerings and addressing concerns professionally.
Proficientlycross-selladditionalproducts and services during customer interactions.
Liaise between vendor and client, discussing payment issues or negotiating payment terms as needed.
Utilizemultiple applications provided by the client toassistcustomers efficiently andin a timely manner.
Provide customers withaccurateaccount information in a fast-paced environment, and transfer calls to the appropriate departmentor staff when needed.
Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication with customers, department personnel, and management.
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness within a collaborative sales floor environment.
Performadditionaltasks as assigned based on business needs.
