Provalusis seeking an Outbound Sales Team Lead (Must have 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity) to oversee the day-to-day performance and development of a pod of 12–15 Outbound Sales Representatives supporting a payment services client's outbound sales program. You will ensure your team consistently hits call volume, quality, and sales targets, resolves escalated customer and payment-terms issues, andrepresentsthe client's products and pricing accurately and persuasively.

This is a hands-on frontline leadership role: you will coach individual representatives, monitor and calibrate call quality, handle escalated and complex sales or payment-terms conversations, and serve as the operational and cultural anchor for your pod, all while helping shape the scripts, SOPs, and workflows the broader team relies on.

THE JOB

Responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership:
    Directly supervise a pod of 10–15 Outbound Sales Representatives (I and II), managing daily workflow, call assignment, and coverage.

  • Coaching & Development:
    Provide regular coaching, feedback, and side-by-side call support to representatives;identify skill gaps and development opportunities, and support career progression from Representative I through II.
