Job Description & How to Apply Below

Provalus is seeking an Outbound Sales Supervisor, with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in leadership, to oversee the day-to-day performance and development of 12–15 sales associates. The team conducts outbound B2B calls supporting a fintech company’s payment enrollment program.

Your role is to ensure your team consistently exceeds call volume, quality, vendor enrollment, and revenue targets, as well as resolving escalated vendor and client concerns.

This is a hands‑on frontline leadership role: you will coach individual representatives, monitor and calibrate call quality, handle escalated and complex sales or payment‑terms conversations, and serve as the operational and cultural anchor for your team, all while helping shape the scripts, SOPs, and workflows the broader team relies on.

All positions are full‑time with set schedules, professional training and development, and opportunities for career advancement.

THE JOB
  • Team Leadership: Directly supervise a team of 10–15 Outbound Sales Representatives, managing daily performance, productivity, lead/list assignment, and coverage.
  • Team achievement: Drive team achievement of daily and monthly sales quotas, lead-to-sale conversion rates, and incentive targets, holding representatives accountable to performance goals.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide regular coaching, feedback, and side‑by‑side call support to representatives; identify skill gaps and development opportunities, and support career progression from Representative I through II.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and quality reviews to confirm sales conversations are accurate, compliant, and effective; lead calibration sessions to align the team on messaging, pricing presentation, and objection handling.
  • Escalation Management: Serve as the escalation point for complex objections, strategic accounts, enrollment barriers, and payment‑acceptance concerns that representatives cannot resolve independently.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team-level call volume, contact rate, enrollment conversion, quota attainment, revenue performance, and quality metrics; recognize strong performance and address performance gaps through timely coaching and corrective action. Performance metrics will include achievement towards monthly quota, conversion rates, revenue generated, and activities per hour.
  • Onboarding & Training: Support the onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring they are set up to succeed against scripts, product knowledge, CRM usage, sales best practices, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring objections, competitive pressures, or process breakdowns within the team; recommend and help implement updates to scripts, SOPs, and knowledge base (KB) content.
  • Workflow & Scheduling: Manage day‑to‑day scheduling and workload balancing within the team in partnership with Workforce Management.
  • Reporting: Report on team performance, sales trends, and risks to leadership; contribute to broader program reporting and business reviews as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure the team's sales practices consistently meet client policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Culture Ownership: Reinforce Provalus' mission and community‑first culture within the team, fostering high accountability, performance‑driven team culture with strong engagement, while maintaining professionalism and strong customer satisfaction standards
Role Requirements include:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Provalus office. No remote positions are available currently.
  • 5+ years of high‑volume outbound sales, telesales, or sales support experience, including experience at the Representative II level or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience…
