Manager of Sales & Service

Peak Sports MGMT is a third-party multimedia rights and revenue partner for college athletic departments across the country. In partnership with Campbell Athletics, our team is responsible for generating revenue through corporate partnerships and ticket sales while building strong relationships with businesses, fans, donors, and members of the local and regional community. We are building a high-performance revenue organization inside college athletics.

That requires accountability, organization, disciplined execution, strong customer service, and a clear focus on supporting measurable revenue growth.

The Manager of Sales and Service will support both the corporate partnership and ticket sales operations for Campbell Athletics. This position will work directly under the Director of Sales and Service and the Director of Ticket Sales, helping both departments stay organized, execute effectively, and deliver a high-quality experience for partners and ticket holders. This is a cross-functional role that combines partnership fulfillment, ticket sales support, customer service, reporting, event execution, database management, and revenue operations.

The Manager will play an important role behind the scenes by helping manage the details, processes, and follow-through required to support both sponsorship and ticket revenue. While the position may assist with outbound sales, lead generation, renewals, and account growth, its primary responsibility is to support the overall operation and ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Success will be measured by organizational effectiveness, fulfillment accuracy, customer and partner service, reporting discipline, event execution, and the ability to support revenue-producing activity across both corporate partnerships and ticket sales.

This position is designed for someone who:

  • Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities at the same time.
  • Enjoys supporting revenue-producing teams and making sure important details do not get missed.
  • Can move effectively between corporate partnership, ticket sales, customer service, and event responsibilities.
  • Understands that strong execution and follow-through directly affect revenue, retention, and relationships.
  • Is comfortable working behind the scenes while still communicating directly with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and does not wait to be reminded about deadlines or follow-up.
  • Can identify problems, communicate clearly, and help develop practical solutions.
  • Is comfortable using CRM, ticketing, reporting, and project-management systems.
  • Wants exposure to multiple areas of college athletics revenue operations.
  • Is willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities and help wherever the department needs support.

This role is a strong fit for candidates coming from ticket sales, sponsorship fulfillment, customer service, account management, event operations, sales support, revenue operations, or other environments where success depends on organization, communication, execution, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sports management, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in ticket sales, corporate partnerships, customer service, account management, event operations, sales support, or another related area is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, accounts, and events simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accurate execution.
  • Ability to work effectively under multiple department leaders and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and other business software.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with corporate partners, ticket holders, business leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly and effectively when issues arise.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to assist with outbound sales, lead generation, renewals, and revenue-support activities as needed.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and event days as required within a college athletics environment.

A background in sports is preferred but not required. Strong…
