JOB SUMMARY

The Dealer Development Supervisor is responsible for building and developing the KIOTI Tractor and CCE brand dealer network to expand the growth of the product lines. This position will support the Director of Dealer Development and support the strategic goals of the company and will identify and establish new business representation for the KIOTI Tractor and CCE product lines. Identifying areas throughout North America where we are underserving the market’s potential with our products and onboarding the right new dealer representative to help sell and service the market to achieve company goals.

In addition, this position will oversee the administration and database information for dealer development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

• To provide support and guidance for the Dealer Development team with training and ensure all onboarding processes for new applicants are done in a timely manner.
• Manages the administrative support team in Dealer Development.
• Train inside staff on new dealer onboarding, ownership changes, adding sub-locations, relocations and terminations.
• Establishes communication between departments such as outside and inside sales, service, warranty, parts, credit, marketing and legal.
• Maintains a weekly and monthly log of all dealer actions including new applicants, adding sub-locations, ownership changes, M&A/buyout (asset purchase), relocation and addresses changes.
• Provides the executive team with weekly progress reports on department activities.
• Provides Ad Hoc reports for management and maintains the dealer list.
• Responsible for sending the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement to newly approved dealers and following up with the execution.
• Sets up new dealers in the one source system and manages the profiles.
• Manages credit limits in HDF system.
• Responsible for renewing "Dealer Sales and Service Agreements" before they expire.
• Manages the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement and amends when required changes are approved.
• Manages the filing and continuation of Daedong USA, Inc. and Daedong Canada, Inc. UCC-1 & PPSAs.
• Manages Dealer terminations and follows-up with the RSMs, TSMs and Dealer Analyst adhering to state buyback laws.
• Drafts dealer communication letters which include termination and acknowledgement letters.
• Provides guidance to newly onboarded dealers making sure they are properly set up and trained in our systems.
• Identifies key areas of improvement and following correct procedures to execute change as needed.
• Provide assistance to the outside sales team in new dealer onboarding, ownership changes, adding sub-locations, relocations and terminations.
• Maintains annually, dealer progress on KIOTI’s dealer standard program and helps with the drafting of next year’s program.

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or sales/marketing
• 2+ years in a business, sales-related position in a similar industry
• Familiar with managing legal agreements and UCC-1/PPSA filings
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
• Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Good "time management skills" and attention to detail.
