Morrow Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, motivated Personal Lines Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and grow an existing book of personal lines business while developing new client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand coverage. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven insurance professional who understands the personal lines marketplace, takes pride in providing exceptional client service, and is comfortable balancing account management with sales and business development.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients—helping them understand their coverage, proactively identifying their insurance needs, and delivering thoughtful solutions that provide the right protection at a competitive price.

• Manage and develop an existing book of personal lines business, with a strong focus on client retention, renewal preparation, and relationship management.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve coverage and protect clients' evolving assets and lifestyles.
• Handle client inquiries and account needs in person, by phone, online, and through written communication.
• Provide timely follow-up and ensure all client requests and account activity are handled accurately and professionally.
• Present policies and coverage recommendations to clients, clearly explaining coverage options, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and premiums.

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new personal lines opportunities from both new and existing clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, prospecting, account rounding, cross-selling, and re-engagement of former clients.
• Prepare accurate and timely insurance proposals and quotations, effectively communicate coverage options, and confidently close new business.
• Process and bind coverage and follow up on required inspections, photographs, documentation, and other underwriting requirements.

• Monitor and track key performance metrics and sales activity to achieve individual and agency goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales and account activity.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Serve as a resource to team members by sharing knowledge, answering questions, and providing guidance when appropriate and participate in team meetings, training, and other agency initiatives.
• Follow established agency processes and workflows while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

• Maintain required continuing education and insurance licensing.
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, underwriting guidelines, legislation, technology, and coverage developments.
• Continuously expand insurance knowledge and professional skills to enhance client service and overall performance.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum 2 years of personal lines insurance account management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, underwriting guidelines, and industry practices.
• Demonstrated success in insurance sales, business development, or relationship-based selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to clients.
• Client-focused and relationship-oriented with the confidence to be professionally assertive when identifying and recommending coverage solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines.
