About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at Roxboro Assisted Living. As a Sales Director
, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and staying ahead of the competition. Must have 3 years of Sales experience in Assisted Living.

- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the market
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, business partners, and referral sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize results
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, sales reports, and other sales-related metrics
- Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure sales team effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of sales experience, with a track record of success in a similar role
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
