Job SummaryThe HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for conducting in-home consultations with potential customers, assessing their HVAC needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. This role combines consultative selling, technical knowledge (we’ll train you!), and a drive to exceed targets.
Responsibilities- Perform in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)
- Provide accurate and tailored quotes for HVAC replacements and upgrades
- Explain HVAC system options, energy efficiency, and financing plans
- Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing customer relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Use CRM tools to track opportunities and manage pipeline
- 2+ years of experience in sales (HVAC, home improvement, or in-home sales preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning HVAC systems and sales tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Self-starter with a customer-first attitude
