Monitor and patrol assigned areas including sales floor, stockrooms, warehouses, parking lots, and entry/exit points to detect and deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access;
Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems, alarm monitoring equipment, and visual observation to identify suspicious behavior and potential security threats;
Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations including theft, disturbances, medical emergencies, and safety hazards in accordance with company protocols;
Document all incidents, observations, and security activities through detailed written reports, logs, and incident documentation systems;
Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, and management when incidents require external intervention or escalation
