Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and/or other dispatch tools to help identify unusual activity and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Coordinate routine and urgent dispatch activity by receiving calls, prioritizing incidents, documenting details, and communicating updates to Allied Universal personnel and designated site contacts;
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and status records related to calls for service, alarm activity, visitor concerns, and other security-related events;
Support regular and random patrol activity by dispatching personnel to assigned areas, tracking coverage across the location, and reporting issues that may require follow-up
