Job Schedule- Wednesday 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
- Thursday 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
- Saturday 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
- Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism in an armed post.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, checkpoints, and perimeter areas, with working conditions that may vary by location.
- Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unusual behavior, rule violations, and/or potential hazards to appropriate personnel.
- Support order at the location by following post orders, documenting incidents, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or law enforcement when needed.
- An armed guard card or license is required.
- Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
