Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a residential community location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication to residents and guests. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, post orders, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to the appropriate contacts.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community, common areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help support community rules, property policies, and authorized access expectations.

+ Complete routine reports and document incidents, observations, and/or maintenance or security-related issues in accordance with site procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
